Yes, absolutely. Every cleaner on our team goes through a thorough background check before they ever step into a client's home. We only bring on people we would trust in our own homes, and we take that seriously.
If something is not right after your clean, let us know within 24 hours and we will come back to fix it at no extra charge. No argument, no hassle, just a clean home exactly as promised.
We charge by the hour, per cleaner. A standard clean is $55 per hour, a deep clean is $65 per hour, and a move in or move out clean is $70 per hour. You will see the estimate before you confirm on our booking page.
A standard clean usually takes 3 to 4 hours, a deep clean 4 to 5 hours, and a move in or move out clean 5 to 6 hours. Times vary with the size and condition of your home, and we will give you an honest estimate up front.

Yes, we bring everything we need. If you have a specific product you would prefer us to use, for sensitive surfaces or allergies, just let us know and we are happy to accommodate.
Yes. Our extras include inside the refrigerator, inside the oven, inside home cabinets, interior windows, baseboards, pet hair, and dishes. You can select them when you book, and each one adds time to your clean.
Not at all. Many of our clients are at work while we clean. As long as we can access your home, you are free to go about your day, and we will let you know as soon as we are done.
Need to change your appointment? No problem. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling. Changes made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $70 fee. This helps us fairly compensate our cleaning professionals for time that was reserved for your home.
